Let us go to near future say 2025, Imagine a situation where in there is a big lonely house and it is night and rainy. There are few more houses but they are a bit far away. Even though house has a compound wall but there is No watchmen or security at the entrance.
A shadow of a person appears near bushes out side of house and it jumps over the wall. The stranger makes a reckless knock on the door. The lady in the house wonders who is that at this time! She watches from eagle eye and enquires who is that. Stranger shouts back threatening to open the door otherwise he will break in and will see end of her. In panic lady picks phone and calls emergency police service.
At city's emergency response police unit they receive SOS call from a household stating stranger is threatening to kill and other intentions are robbery at their residence. The security personal enquires the address and simultaneously captures the location coordinates from phone call and despatches two MOD's (Micro Drones). A MOD is a kind of miniatured drone specially designed for maintaining law & order. A network of MOD's is maintained the one similar to cab service where 2 MOD's nearest from crime location are signaled to proceed to the crime location with immediate effect. MOD's are armed with machine guns to shoot in all directions and have the capacity to capture live video of the situation and telecast it to control room.
Within two minutes two MOD's reach the house from where call is originated and starts streaming the live video. In the mean time a police car is dispatched to the crime site. MOD's enter the gate and now control room person can see the assailant. MOD1 orders assailant to drop the gun and surrender otherwise he will be shot. The attacker gets nervous by seeing the MOD's and throws some abuses. Remote operator studies the suspect, body language, how he or she is armed and state he or she is in such as facial expressions and rage. In the mean while suspect photo is verified with criminal records using image recognition. MOD2 is hovering at some distance back and is backup to MOD1.
Attacker shoots at MOD1 in anger, MOD's threat detection and response system makes sure that MOD escape the shot by a swift position change. MOD fires electric bullet at attacker and a tranquilliser. MOD checks through its radar system whether human is hit by bullet and relays the information to control room. Now attacker falls down to the floor and becomes unconscious.The live video is being relayed to control room. Once control room authorises to arrest the attacker, the MOD proceeds to the lying attacker and puts the hand cuffs. MOD1waits there for designated police officer to come and retrieve the attacker. MOD2 leaves the premises and heads towards its charging point and station on the road side poll.
